What went into this piece? Wax seals from wedding invitations, posters from climate activist trainings, broken folding fans found on the ground, flyers for movies in my neighborhood, cutouts from nature calendars. The universe around us is a reflection of the universe inside of us. The same way we can use a telescope to see what's far beyond us, we can turn the lens inward — and reveal what's deep inside.
